⚠️ Please Read Carefully Before Using This ServiceBy accessing or using ProfitsPilotAI.com and any of its products (including Profits+015 and related automation tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About Us

ProfitsPilotAI.com is operated by Asshok Sripati, an individual doing business under the trading name ProfitsPilotAI, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Our products are AI-powered business automation tools designed for small and medium retail businesses including chemist shops, kirana stores, hardware dealers, distributors, and housing societies across India.

Definitions

“Service” means ProfitsPilotAI.com website, products, automation templates, dashboards, mobile apps, onboarding guides, and all related tools.
“User” or “Client” means any individual or business that accesses, subscribes to, or uses the Service.
“Subscription” means a paid or trial access plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
“Data” means any business information, transactions, stock records, or customer data entered by the User into the Service.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to ProfitsPilotAI operated by Asshok Sripati.

Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally authorised to enter into contracts under Indian law.
If using the Service on behalf of a business, you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The information you provide during registration or onboarding is accurate and complete.

Subscription Plans and Payment

ProfitsPilotAI offers three subscription tiers:

Starter: ₹499 per month — basic inventory and sales tracking, single user.
Professional: ₹999 per month — full automation including expiry tracking, multi-user, profit analytics.
Enterprise: ₹1,999 per month — multi-branch, advanced analytics, custom automation.

All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Payment is due from Month 2 onwards via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods communicated at onboarding.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days’ advance notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Use the Service to store or process illegal goods, controlled substances, or fraudulent transactions.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.
Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons outside your business.
Use the Service in a manner that harms other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
Upload false, misleading, or fabricated business data.
Violate any applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments.

Your Data

All business data you enter into the Service (stock records, sales, customer details) remains your property at all times. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Service operates primarily on Google Sheets and Google AppSheet infrastructure. Your data is stored in your own Google account under your own Google Drive. We access your data only to the extent required to provide technical support.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend exporting your Google Sheet data monthly as a precaution.

Your Google account password and sheet access are your responsibility. Do not share your Google account credentials with anyone other than trusted staff within your business.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including Google Sheets, Google AppSheet, and internet connectivity, which are outside our direct control.

We will notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email of any planned maintenance or significant downtime with reasonable advance notice where possible.

Intellectual Property

All templates, dashboards, automation systems, onboarding guides, business logic, design elements, and content created by ProfitsPilotAI are the intellectual property of Asshok Sripati trading as ProfitsPilotAI.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business operations only. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Service to third parties without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ProfitsPilotAI and Asshok Sripati shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Loss of business data due to user error, Google account issues, or device failure.
Financial decisions made based on data or reports generated by the Service.
Any loss arising from third-party service disruptions (Google, AppSheet, internet service providers).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your data remains in your own Google Drive and is not deleted by us. You retain full access to your Google Sheet independently of this Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation for a period of 30 days.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
