Our Commitment to You. We want every client to be fully satisfied with ProfitsPilotAI. If the Service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

ProfitsPilotAI offers a 30-day full refund guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise).

✅ If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund your full subscription fee — no questions asked, no deductions.

This guarantee applies to your first paid month only. It is in addition to — and separate from — the 30-day free trial period. Your timeline is therefore:

• Days 1–30: Free trial — no payment, no obligation.
• Day 31 onwards: First paid month begins.
• Within 30 days of first payment: Full refund available if not satisfied.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

• Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 99993 36353 or email at support@profitspilotai.com.
• State your shop name, registered mobile number, and the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated — helps us improve).
• We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your request.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method used (UPI account or bank account).

There is no refund request form to fill. A simple WhatsApp message or email is sufficient.

Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. This is because:

• The Service is provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the next billing month.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing month after the guarantee period.

If you cancel mid-month after the guarantee period, your access continues until the end of the paid month and no further charges apply.

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Declined

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
• The account has been found to have violated our Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempted abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns).
• The request is for a second or subsequent subscription period (guarantee applies to first paid month only).

Free Trial — No Payment Required

The 30-day free trial requires no payment and therefore no refund is applicable to the trial period. You may end your trial at any time simply by not proceeding to a paid plan. Your data remains in your own Google Drive.

Service Disruption Refunds

If ProfitsPilotAI is unable to provide the subscribed Service for a continuous period of more than 7 days due to reasons within our control, we will provide a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period regardless of the 30-day guarantee window.

Disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Google, AppSheet, internet providers) or force majeure events are excluded from this provision.

Annual Subscriptions

Where annual subscription options are offered in future, refunds for annual plans will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused complete months, minus any applicable annual discount already availed. This clause will be updated when annual billing is introduced.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum.
